About Me
Who am I?
I spoke in full sentences before I began walking.
I grew up between Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley, did a few ski seasons overseas, spent several years living in the Snowy Mountains and landed in Sydney, where I happily reside with my absolutely divine husband.
I have travelled to over 30 countries.
I don’t like playing sports, but I LOVE to ski.
The ocean is my happy place; I could float in it all day.
I am a singer. I’ve been performing since my mum pushed me out in tears in front of my Year 4 class at age 10. Not so thrilled at the time, glad she did it.
I enjoy good food and nice wine. Margaritas are the superior cocktail.
I am a bookworm. Reading is a wonderful, wonderful way to spend time. It started with Harry Potter, but I’ll read most fictional genres these days.
I am Phoebe (she/her), and I am a fun, modern, inclusive and vibrant, authorised marriage celebrant who is here to create the best ceremony you’ve ever seen. I’m supportive, process-driven and full of amusing ideas that don’t involve your great-aunt sharing a reading you’ve never heard before.

I’ve been many things in life so far; a ski instructor, a waitress, a bartender, a singer, a high school teacher, a customer success manager… What I’ve loved most about every role I’ve had, has been the storytelling involved.
This is why marrying people feels so bloody good. Sharing the story of a couple’s journey of love and life is a heart-warming privilege.
